Vicente Vaz is a young teacher who has just become a father. Just as his priorities start shifting, Vicente finds out there's still an unfinished chapter in his life. He relives that chapter everyday through his favourite book "Laudo Amorem" by an unknown author that seems to know Vicente's anguish better than anyone else.
Vicente is the anti-hero that intrigues and moves the reader in the same sentence. His life is all but simple because Vicente never wanted to have a simple life.
"Isabel" is movingly addicting and manages to wrap the reader with semi-poetic language. An intrinsic novel where every character is humanly unexpected.

Based on true events, "Until the End of the World" is the story of 14th Century Portuguese King Pedro and his forbidden love for a Galician maid, Inês de Castro. Amidst the turmoil of the neighbouring kingdoms, it was of utmost importance that Portugal kept itself apart from any external conflicts and that the King was allowed to rule in peace. However, love knows no rules or boundaries, not even for Kings and Queens and young Prince Pedro falls in love with a woman that has dangerous connections to Castile and Galicia.
